01What is klass, exactly?+
A complete learning platform for Nigerian secondary schools, JSS1 to SS3. It is not a generic LMS, and not a standalone exam app the school cannot see into.

03How does a struggling student actually improve?+
Each mock is graded down to the subtopic and sorted weakest-first. Every weak subtopic opens a narrated, interactive course built to teach that one thing. The student takes the course and re-tests, until the topic turns green.
04What are the skill paths?+
Beyond exams, guided paths in code and strategy: Python, JavaScript, programming Foundations, and Chess. Taught the same way as the courses, narrated and interactive, learning by doing. More are added over time.
05How do students log in?+
With the matric number they already have, plus a starter password they change on first login. No student email addresses required.
06What devices does it run on?+
Any device with a modern browser: a shared lab PC, a 5-inch Android phone, or a tablet, in landscape or portrait. Sessions run server-side, so a student can start a mock on a school PC and finish it on a phone at home, and a dropped connection does not lose their answers.
07How do teachers and parents follow progress?+
Teachers see the exact topics to re-teach, student by student. Parents and mentors stay notified on each student's progress, and a gamified path keeps students preparing all year. None of it stays hidden in a student's app.
08How long does setup take?+
An afternoon. Bulk-upload your students from one spreadsheet, and matric IDs and starter passwords are generated for you. Each class is then granted the exams it needs.
09Is our data safe?+
Each school's data is isolated at the database row level, so no school can see another's records. Daily automated backups. Withdrawn students keep their practice history, and deactivated accounts cannot log in.
